Employee dies of heart attack

Employee #1, an outside sales representative, was not feeling well and left a sales meeting. He was found by a passerby shortly thereafter, slumped over the steering wheel. Emergency services responded and extricated Employee #1 from his car. He had suffered a heart attack and was declared dead on the way to the hospital.
