Employee died of an apparent stroke and heart attack

On August 1, 1996, Employee #1 was enroute to a training class. She was found in the hotel by rescue personnel, and was having difficulty breathing. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital, where she died at 9:20 p.m. that same day.
