Investigation Summary
At 1:00 p.m. on April 5, 1996, Employee #1 was walking back to the security checkpoint in the international boarding area of SeaTac International Airport when he was overcome by a seizure. He fell and struck his head on the floor. Employee #1 was immediately transported to Highline Hospital , where he was listed in critical condition. He underwent emergency surgery and was later transported to Providence Hospital, where his condition deteriorated. He died on April 11, 1996.
