Employee dies after suffering a heart attack

Employee #1 died of cardiac arrhythmia due to mild myocarditis. On November 13, 1995, the county coroner stated that his department had conducted an autopsy, histology, and toxicology on Employee #1 and concluded that she had died of natural causes. The death certificate also stated that left ventricular hypertrophy was a significant other condition.
