Employee dies after suffering a heart attack

Employee #1 complained of feeling poorly and of having chest pains. He lay down during a break and then returned to cleaning the plant area. He went outside the building to dump a wheelbarrow full of debris. When he didn't return, coworkers went looking for him and found him slumped over in the company parking lot. Employee #1 was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival. The autopsy report confirmed that the cause of death was a heart attack.
