Employees bruised in roofing accident

On February 21, 1995, Employees #1, #2, and #3 were setting roof trusses. Employee #1 was on the ground handing lumber for bracing up to Employees #2 and #3, who were setting and bracing the trusses on the roof. At approximately 3:00 p.m., a strong gust of wind caused the trusses to fall. Employee #1 was struck by the falling lumber; Employees #2 and #3 fell with the trusses from the roof. Employee #1 suffered back bruises and was hospitalized overnight. Employees #2 and #3 suffered back and leg bruises and were treated and released the same day.
