Employee's thumb partially amputated by printing press

Employee #1 was removing a printing plate from a printing press that was in jog mode. When he jogged the press, his hand stuck to the adhesive on the plate and his right thumb was pinched between the rollers. About 1/2 inch of the thumb pad was amputated.
