Employee fractures ankle when foot is caught

At approximately 9:00 a.m. on June 2, 1992, Employee #1 was preparing to board a manlift to take a wheelbarrow 20 ft to the next floor when his left foot became caught between the manlift's belt opening and the wheelbarrow. His left ankle was broken.
