A MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR WAS KNEELING ON A WET CEMENT FLOOR, USING A ROTO-ROOTER. THE ELECTRIC ROOTER WAS NOT GROUNDED AND WAS WIRED IMPROPERLY. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED WHEN HE CONTACTED THE METAL FRAME OF THE ROOTER WITH HIS BODY.
