EMPLOYEE #1 WAS PERFORMING HIS NORMAL DUTIES. AT THE END OF HIS BREAK PERIOD HE BEGAN COMPLAINING OF LOWER BACK PAIN. AS HE RETURNED TO HIS WORK STATION HE CALLED OUT FOR HELP AND LOWERED HIMSELF TO THE FLOOR. HE WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE BAY MEDICAL CENTER, WHERE HE DIED A SHORT TIME LATER.
