Employee dies after 30 ft fall

On March 3, 1992, Employee #1 was on the roof of a 27 to 30 ft high metal building under construction. He was walking on the purlins when he fell 27 to 30 ft through the insulation to a dirt floor. Employee #1 died nearly five months later on July 27, 1992.
