Employee breaks leg jumping to escape fire, then burned

Employer #1 had loaded a paver, which was to be relocated, onto a lowboy for transport. An explosion and fire occurred that caused Employee #1 to jump from the paver to the ground in an attempt to get away. He broke his right leg below the knee and sustained 1st-and 2nd-degree burns to both arms.
