Investigation Summary
At approximately 10:00 p.m. on September 3, 1993, Employee #1, a produce manager, was walking with his car keys in his hand to the parking lot located diagonally to the left of the office building. It was raining hard. A truck coming out of the warehouse bay was heading for the gas pumps to the right. Employee #1 was struck by the truck and pronounced dead on arrival.
