EMPLOYEE #1, AN IRON WORKER, WAS SETTING ROOF SHEETING 35 FEET ABOVE GROUND LEVEL WHEN HIGH WINDS BLEW HIM THROUGH A ROOF OPENING. THE FALL KILLED HIM. SAFETY NETS WERE NOT IN USE.
