Employee killed in fall from platform of aerial lift

Employee #1, the owner of the company, was painting and sandblasting in a suspended manbasket. He fell from the manbasket onto the roof of the building, then rolled off the roof, striking his head on a truck toolbox before landing on the ground. He was killed.
