A CONCRETE PUMPER TRUCK WAS BEING USED TO FILL CONCRETE FORMS. THE BOOM FROM THE PUMPER CONTACTED AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE AS THE FORMS WERE BEING FILLED BY THE PUMPER'S HOSE. AN EMPLOYEE HOLDING THE HOSE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
