Employee killed when struck by falling tree top
At approximately 10:00 a.m. on June 18, 1999, Employee #1, a timber cutter for Wilson Logging, used a chain saw to fell a tree. He was starting to retreat when the tree struck and broke off the top of a nearby tree. The tree top fell on Employee #1, killing him.
