Employee killed in fall from roof

At approximately 4:30 p.m. on June 14, 1992, Employee #1 was squatting on the slope of a roof as he painted the fascia board on the end of a house. He apparently lost his balance and fell onto the porch overhang, then to the concrete driveway in front of the garage. Employee #1 was killed.
