Employee injured when trapped between cab and bucket

As Employee #1 climbed in or out of a skid-steer rubber tire material handling machine, he somehow bypassed the safety bar and activated the boom lift. Employee #1 became trapped between the cab and the lift bucket and was raised off the ground. He was hospitalized in critical condition and later released.
