Employee killed when head pinned between trailer and wall

At approximately 10:45 a.m. on October 5, 1990, Employee #1, an order handler for United States Sales Corporation, was loading mail order boxes into the rear of a UPS trailer when the UPS driver backed up his truck to hitch it to the trailer. Employee #1 was caught between the wall and the trailer, and suffered a fractured skull. He was transported by paramedics to Holy Cross Hospital, where he died.
