Employee's finger lacerated while installing tires

Employee #1, of Discount Tire Centers, had mounted tires on a vehicle and was checking the clearance between the calipers, tie rods, and other parts and the oversize tires. Employee #1 caught and lacerated his finger on the caliper and/or tie rod end while he spun the tire to determine proper working clearance.
