Employee's leg lacerated by skill saw

At 8:45 a.m. on November 7, 1990, Employee #1, the owner of a recycling service, was using a portable, power-driven, circular hand saw. He completed a cut and brought the saw back toward his body, lacerating his right leg. The saw guard was attached, but not fully operational.
