Employee sprains knee in 12 ft fall from window

Employee #1 was lifting a 4 ft by 8 ft by 5/8 in. piece of plywood from a second-story window to a coworker who was on the roof above him. The wind caught the plywood, causing Employee #1 to fall 12 ft from the window to the ground. He sustained a sprained knee.
