Employee injured in fall from roof

At approximately 9:55 a.m. on July 23, 1991, Employee #1 was laying plywood sheeting on the roof of a single-story house. He fell off the southeastern side onto the ground, sustaining bruises and contusions to his lower back. He was transported to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, where he was treated and released.
