Employee injures head when knocked down by truck

At 5:52 a.m. on December 10, 1990, Employee #1 was bumped by a bakery delivery truck as he was walking across the asphalt-paved compound on his way to the building where he worked. He was knocked down and his head struck the pavement. He was transported to Pomona Valley Community Hospital, where he was treated for head injuries and released after ten days.
