Employee injures back when A-frame falls

Employee #1 was assisting three coworkers in removing a 16 foot by 10 foot studio prop from an A-frame. The prop was to be moved to a storage area in the facility. The strap securing the prop to the A-frame during transport was inadvertently left in place. When an attempt to unload the prop from the A-frame was made, both the prop and the A-frame fell over and knocked down Employee #1. He suffered a fractured disc in his back.
