Employee fractures ankle in fall from scaffold

At approximately 9:23 a.m. on October 24, 1998, Employee #1 was working on a scaffold plank located between a balcony and a scissor lift. The employee fell approximately 20 ft and suffered a broken ankle. The accident was reported by the Los Angeles Paramedics, but the employee but was not hospitalized. Employee #1 worked for Sazeh Construction.
