EMPLOYEE INJURED WHEN CAUGHT BETWEEN TWO FORKLIFTS

Employee #1 was standing at his forklift when he called to another forklift driver to come to him. Employee #1 was struck by the approaching forklift, which was traveling in reverse, when the driver slung the back end around. Employee #1 was caught between the two forklifts and sustained a fractured leg above the left ankle and below the left knee.
