Investigation Summary
Employee #1 was working at palletizer #3 on May 26, 1993. At approximately 10:50 a.m. he was climbing the load to remove extra cases when the palletizer apron came forward and caught his foot between the apron and the stopper, crushing it. He was taken to White Memorial Hospital, treated, and released. He was treated as an outpatient and not hospitalized. The employer was advised to train the employees and oversee their job activities to prevent any accidents in the future.
