Employee injures head in fall from moving pickup truck

Employee #1 and a coworker, of the Los Angeles Dodgers, were riding on the back of a small pickup truck that was traveling at 10 to 15 mph. The truck was being used to deliver give-away items to the ticket sales tollbooths at a baseball stadium. The employees were standing on the truck's tailgate, leaning forward against boxes that were piled approximately cab-high, when Employee #1 fell backward and cracked his head on the pavement. He sustained a concussion and other serious injuries, including some permanent neurological damage.
