Employee's foot broken in fall

At about 3:38 p.m. on March 17, 1992, Employee #1, of California Production Service, was connecting a sling to a blowout prevention device. He had climbed about 4 feet above the working surface when he lost his footing and fell. Employee #1 sustained a broken right foot, for which he was hospitalized.
