Investigation Summary
At about 11:30 a.m. on December 10, 1992, Employee #1 was attempting to operate an electric cart from outside the vehicle when he made contact with the pickup truck that had pulled the electric cart from some mud. The employee's right thigh was caught and crushed between the two vehicles. Employee #1 was transferred to the Little Company of Mary Hospital for treatment.
