Employee fractures wrist and elbow in fall

At approximately 10:00 a.m. on April 1, 1991, Employee #1, of Top Flite Construction, pulled on a tag line attached to a steel beam that was being moved by a crane. He lost his balance and fell approximately 15 feet onto hard, compacted dirt. Employee #1 suffered a fractured left wrist and elbow, for which he was hospitalized.
