Employee fractures leg in fall from 2nd story construction

At about 1:50 p.m. on April 28, 1992, Employee #1 was moving along the leading edge of a second-story construction when he lost his balance and fell 11 ft to an irregular earth surface. He sustained two fractures to the lower left leg.
