Employee injured in fall when ladder slips

At approximately 11:25 a.m. on June 8, 1992, Employee #1 was inspecting a repair project on the roof of a private residence. He had used the property owner's ladder to access the roof. As he was attempting to ascend the ladder, the bottom of the ladder slipped and Employee #1 fell approximately 8 ft to the concrete. He was hospitalized.
