Employee burned by hot, spilled soup

Employee #1, of Sizzlers Steakhouse, Inc., was carrying a 2-gallon container of soup when she either tripped or slipped and dropped the container. The approximately 160 degree F soup splashed over her chest, face, and right arm. Employee #1 was treated for first- and second-degree burns and released. No one witnessed Employee #1's fall. Employee #1 had been standing on an anti-slip mat on an anti-slip floor.
