Employee killed when crushed by overturned tractor

Between 10:30 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. on May 18, 1992, Employee #1 drove a Case Construction King 680H over a cliff at a job site, which was located in Simi Valley, CA. The rubber-tired tractor came to rest 500 ft below the cliff atop Employee #1, killing him. Employee #1 was lying face down at the left rear of the tractor. The Case tractor was not equipped with a seat belt.
