Employee injured in fall from roof while cleaning

At about 11:45 a.m. on February 19, 1992, Employee #1 was apparently cleaning the roof tops of two-story buildings at Brookside Village. He was not provided with any fall protection and fell 20 ft to the ground. Employee #1 sustained multiple fractures. He was transported by paramedics to South Bay Hospital for treatment.
