Investigation Summary
At approximately 8:30 a.m. on June 1, 1991, Employee #1 was returning from his morning run driving a 2 = ton flatbed truck, license #2J 1908. He was making a left turn when his truck collided with another company truck that was in the middle of the road. Employee #1 suffered contusions on his chest and left hip and was taken to the hospital, where he was treated and released the same day. Employee #1 later stated that the other truck was backing into the middle of the street when it struck his right front fender and right door. The other driver was not injured, and his truck sustained minor damage to its automatic tailgate lift.
