Employee's ribs fractured by falling 2-ton granulator

Employee #1 was feeding a granulator machine when the vibrations of the hopper caused the machine to roll off the elevated concrete slab on which it was positioned. The 2-ton machine tipped over and on top of Employee #1. He suffered broken ribs and internal injuries.
