Employee's hand injured when caught in chain and sprocket

Employee #1, a night supervisor for the Frosty Fruit Juice Company, was trying to clear up a jam on the bottling machine by pulling on the chain drive. As he pulled, a coworker started the machine and Employee #1's right hand became caught in the nip point of the sprocket.
