Employee killed when run over by forklift

At approximately 8:30 a.m. on July 13, 1990, Employee #1, age 18, was riding double on a Hyster 30,300 lb forklift, helping the operator move used truck parts to a parts storage area. Employee #1 either stepped off the forklift or was thrown off, and was run over by the vehicle. He was killed.
