Employee's hand lacerated in pizza dough roller

Employee #1, of Big D's Pizza, was rolling pizza dough. He was pushing dough through the rollers of an Anet pizza machine with his left hand. His hand slid under the guard and struck the rollers because the guard was 4 1/2 in. back from the rollers and 1 3/4 in. high. Employee #1's lacerated hand was treated at the hospital and he was released.
