Investigation Summary
At approximately 8:00 p.m. on June 18, 1996, Employee #1, of Hart and Cooley, Inc., was working from an elevated forklift truck when the bin on which he was standing started to fall over. He jumped off, injuring his feet when he hit the ground. Employee #1 was transported to Hanford Community Hospital, where he was treated and released.
