Employee #1, of Gaylord Container Corp., was injured when his feet were caught between the corner of the discharge conveyor on the 85 in. corrugator line and the lead edge of the transfer car. The 85 in. corrugator line is a fixed unit. The transfer car is a computerized, automated unit that travels at 3 to 4 mph, stopping at prearranged, fixed locations. Employee #1 sustained fractures to his feet and was hospitalized.
