Employee injured in fall over wire bundle

At approximately 8:00 a.m. on January 8, 1992, Employee #1 was walking across the floor in hangar 4E toward an aircraft. A wire bundle was being coiled up by a coworker. As Employee #1 attempted to step over the bundle, the coworker moved it and the employee stepped on the bundle, lost his balance, and fell to the concrete floor. He was hospitalized.
