Employee injured in fall from roof

Employee #1 was laying down and securing roofing paper. A 4 ft section along the roof edge had been finished when it appeared that a new roll of roofing paper started to slide, striking Employee #1. He lost his balance and fell 18 ft to the ground. Through an interpreter, Employee #1 later indicated that he was carrying the roll and slipped because of the paint overspray.
