Employee lacerates left shoulde in fall

At 10:52 a.m. on February 16, 1994, Employee #1 was working from a 10 foot orchard ladder. He slipped while pruning prune trees and fell backwards off his ladder. Somehow Employee #1 fell on his pruning shears. Employee #1 stated his shoes were muddy which caused his feet to slip. Employee #1 was taken by ambulance to Rideout Hospital in Marysville, where he was hospitalized and treated for a large laceration of the left shoulder. He was released on February 17, 1994.
