Investigation Summary
At 1:15 p.m. on March 31, 1995, Employee #1was repairing a flat roof that covered several small businesses. He was carrying two buckets of hot asphalt when a board in the roof broke, causing him to fall. Employee #1 was splashed by the hot asphalt , sustaining burns on his arms and fingers.
