Employee's wrist fractured by falling brush washer

On February 9, 1994, Employee #1 was clamping a spreader between the metal legs in preparation for welding work, when a tack-weld failed. The brush washer fell and struck him, landing on his right wrist. He was taken to Memorial Hospital, Bakersfield, CA, for treatment of a fracture to his right wrist.
